Russian Doll picks up four years after Nadia and Alan (Charlie Barnett) found each other during an unfortunate time loop that kept ending in their death — until they finally escaped. The New York City subway takes them on a time travel adventure that promises to once again cheekily examine light themes like the meaning of life and reality.
