Apple's AirPods Max are always tempting, but their exorbitant price can make them feel out of reach. But if you're ready to take the plunge, they're currently on sale at Amazon for a price that's a bit easier on your wallet.
As of Feb. 14, the AirPods Max are on sale for $499 at Amazon in every color — that's $50 (or 9%) off the original price tag of $549, a solid discount.
Mashable reviewer Brenda Stolyar praised the AirPods Max for checking off "almost all the boxes for what makes an excellent pair of headphones." Stolyar found them to have great sound quality, ideal battery life, easy controls, and a stylish design (other than the included Smart Case, which she found pointless). However, there were a few comfort issues, as the AirPods Max won't be a great fit for everyone given their large size.
If that isn't an issue and you're looking for a reliable, chic pair of over-ear headphones, then the AirPods Max are easy to recommend, especially at a discount.
