It isn't every day that a company decides to give you a random — and welcome — reward just for already owning their product. That's just what Samsung is doing for owners of Samsung Galaxy smartphones.
As of July 13, Samsung is offering free $25 Xbox eGift cards to Samsung Galaxy owners who've activated Samsung Wallets. This gesture is thanks to Summer of Galaxy, a summer-wide event where owners of select Samsung products can redeem digital rewards.
In order to retrieve your eGift card you must be eligible and abide by Samsung's terms and conditions. Here's a summary of what you need to know:

You must be a resident of the U.S. or D.C.

You must sign up for a free Samsung account on Samsung's website.

Download the Samsung Wallet app from the Samsung store.

Visit the Summer of Galaxy page and scan the QR code for the free $25 Xbox eGift card, which will be delivered to your Samsung Wallet.
Best of all? You'll be able to redeem a variety of Summer of Galaxy rewards — including a free month of ClassPass and six free months of SiriusXM — using this method. Note that all Summer of Galaxy rewards, including the Xbox eGift card, can be redeemed until August 14, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. ET.
